Once daily
300 mg as two 150–mg tablets
- Take RASONQUE exactly as your doctor tells you to take it. Do not change your dose or stop taking RASONQUE unless your doctor tells you to
- Swallow RASONQUE tablets whole. Do not chew, crush, or split tablets
Your doctor may adjust your dose if you have side effects with RASONQUE. Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, and do not start any new medicines without talking to your doctor.

Helpful tips to keep your treatment routine on track
- Set an alarm or ask a friend/loved one to remind you
- Use a calendar or pill organizer
- Take RASONQUE at the same time you do another daily activity, like brushing your teeth
- Consider having a snack to help with nausea

- If you miss a dose, take the dose as soon as you remember. If it has been more than 4 hours, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at your next regularly scheduled time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose
- If you vomit after taking a dose, do not take an extra dose. Take your next dose at your regularly scheduled time
