- Invest in your own health: Take time to check on your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Ask for help: Don’t be shy. Ask family and friends to help with simple things like cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping
- Look for local services: Find out if your local hospital or care facility offers guest and patient services. Many places do. They may also know about local offerings that exist
- Move your body: Refocus your attention by taking a walk, stretching, doing yoga, or doing something else you enjoy
- Connect with others: Find a support group to talk to someone who understands what you’re going through

RASONQUE is a prescription medicine for adults (18 and older) with a type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic adenocarcinoma that has spread to other parts of the body and who have received at least one prior treatment or who cannot receive a combination of cancer treatments.
RASONQUE may be an option for you if:
- You’ve been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic)
- You have received chemotherapy for metastatic cancer before

RAS is found in cells in your body. It sends signals that help cells know when to start and stop growing. Sometimes, these signals can cause cells to grow out of control. This can lead to cancer.
RASONQUE targets RAS that is mutated and RAS that is normal (without a mutation).

RASONQUE was studied in a clinical trial that included 500 adults:
- With pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic)
- Whose cancer progressed after prior chemotherapy
- Whose cancer did or did not have a RAS mutation*
People in the study received either RASONQUE (orally, once daily) or chemotherapy (by infusion).†
*The trial included 459 people whose cancer had a RAS G12 mutation and 41 people whose cancer did not have a RAS G12 mutation.
†The chemotherapy that people received was chosen by their doctor from the following combinations: modified FOLFIRINOX (leucovorin + fluorouracil + irinotecan + oxaliplatin); gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel; FOLFOX (leucovorin + fluorouracil + oxaliplatin); or liposomal irinotecan + fluorouracil/leucovorin.
The most common side effects of RASONQUE include: rash, diarrhea, swelling or sores in the mouth, nausea, tiredness or weakness, vomiting, stomach (abdominal) pain, swelling in the arms and legs, decreased appetite, and bleeding. The majority of people who received RASONQUE had skin reactions, including rash.
RASONQUE can cause serious side effects, including: skin reactions, swelling or sores in the mouth (stomatitis), diarrhea, tears in your stomach or intestines (gastrointestinal perforation), and lung or breathing problems (pneumonitis). RASONQUE can harm your unborn baby.
These are not all the possible side effects of RASONQUE.
RASONQUE is taken orally, once daily, with or without food. Take RASONQUE exactly as your doctor tells you to take it. Do not change your dose or stop taking RASONQUE unless your doctor tells you to.
RASONQUE is a targeted treatment. Targeted treatments work differently than chemotherapy.
Chemotherapy kills or slows the growth of cells that are growing quickly, including cancer cells and healthy cells.
Targeted treatments like RASONQUE seek out and attack specific cells that cause cancer to grow. Because they look for these cells, they are less likely to affect healthy cells.
Your care team may include an oncologist, physician assistants, nurses and nurse practitioners, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and a dietitian/nutritionist. Everyone on your care team has the same goal: to help you manage side effects and continue with treatment.
You and your caregiver are the leaders of your team! Make sure to use your voice and connect with your care team when you need to.
