RASONQUE is not for use in children.
In a clinical trial, people who were treated with RASONQUE had a median overall survival of 13.2 months vs 6.6 months for those treated with chemotherapy. Median overall survival is the length of time when half the people on treatment are still living.

INDICATION
RASONQUE is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with a type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic adenocarcinoma:
- that has spread to other parts of the body, and
- who have received at least 1 prior treatment or who cannot receive a combination of cancer treatments.
It is not known if RASONQUE is safe and effective in children.
